Strategic location, really friendly staff, fairly clean venue, very very good breakfast. Only 20 minutes walking to the centre of the city. It's a 10-15 minute walk from new china restaurant, spent evening there.

it's characterful base for sightseeing and exploring boston. room was excellent value for money. only 20 min walk to downtown.

A kitchen available. You can also visit maxine's on saint james that offers excellent meals.
